INGRÉDIENTS

2 handfuls spinach

1 scoop of protein powder

1 banane surgelée

½ avocado

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp coconut oil

2 tsp flax meal

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

DIRECTIONS

Blend all the ingredients together, top with some sprouts and enjoy!!
